Before that Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bat first. Since it was a day match, the Bangladeshi skipper thought of getting some spin from the pitch. There was no dew at all. Bangladeshi openers didn’t start well. English all-rounder Moeen Ali strike in his first over and took both the openers’ wickets in two balls.

From Bangladesh, Nasum Ahmed and Shoriful Islam took wickets. We have to say the

Bangladeshi bowling was below the average as the pitch was offering a bit of spin. And the credit also goes to England batters. They really showed that they are champions of the 2019 World Cup and they have come here as favorites. Jason Roy got the man of the match award for his fine innings.
